On April 11th,2006 , China's first CTA was developed and manufactured sucessfully in Dalian Hitachi machinery & equipment Co.ltd., which fills up the blank in manufacturing PTA equipment in china's domestic market and ends history of depending on exportation. CTA Crystallization vessel is key equipment for production of PTA , and Only a few countries have the capability to fabricate it before , for example, Belgium, Korea, and Japan . Dalian Hitachi machinery & equipment Co.ltd finally completed the fabrication through tackling key problems .

Acquirement of Manufacture License for Nuclear Pressure-resistant Equipment . Since the application for the manufacturing certificate of Nuclear pressure-retaining Equipment to National Nuclear Safety Administration (NNSA) on December 6th, 2006 , Dalian Hitachi machinery & equipment Co.ltd.had experieced the followed five phases such as submitting application documents, Replying Q1~ Q3 Questions, manufacturing mock-up , applying on-site inspection , and being reviewed by experts. and finally acquired the Manufacture License for class 2,3 pressure vessels and heat exchagers as well as hatches of Equipments from NNSA on March 17th, 2006 under the co-efforts of all the members in the company . Certificate no.is GHAZZ NO.Z(06)06 and expiries on March 16th, 2006 .

Joint venture company for power station and industrial equipment has transformed into a sole investment subsidiary in China as well as name change . Aiming to stregthen the business of power station equipment and industrial equipment in China, Hitachi Works (President and Chief established Officer : Etsuhiko Shoyama hereafter Hitachi for short ) has stablished a regional commanding company in China-Hitachi (China) Co., Ltd. ( General Manager :Koushi Nagano hereafter Hitachi (China) for short), which have obtained 40% share of former jont venture (Dalian Hitachi Baoyuan Machinery and Equipement Co.,ltd headed by Suzuki kenichi) from Dalian Baoyuan Nuclear Machinery and Equipment Co.,ltd ( Dalian Baoyuan for short hereafter) . so since June 27th, 2005 , Dalian Hitachi Baoyuan has become sole-investment subsidiary, meanwhile the company name has been changed into Dalian Hitachi Machinery and Equipment Co., ltd.accordingly. ( Dalian Hitachi for short hereafter). Dalian Hitachi Baoyuan Machinery and Equipment Co., ltd. was founded in 1997 , which invested by Hitachi and Dalian Baoyuan . Since the establishment , the company had been cooperating with Dalian goverment and other local enterprises very well . Dalian Hitachi Baoyuan centered on the production for thermal and amotic power station, and Petrochemical equipment. and the company have made priding achievements in large machinery and casting field . Meanwhile, Dalian Hitachi Baoyuan Machinery and Equipment Co., ltd. formed it's technical edge too. With the high speed development of Chinese economy, demands for power is soaring with large margin . It is predicted that investment increase for the power station equipment will be furthered accordingly. Meantime , we may forsee the investment increase in petrochemical whole set equipments too for the rising need to the relevant products . For the further expansion and improvement of business size in huge potential Chinese market,We need to strengthen the cooperation with Hitch Group and take full advantage of comprehensive strength and technical forces of Hitachi. So we determine to take the share transfered by Dalian Baoyuan so that Dalian Hitachi can be a sole investment subsidiary of Hitachi (China) . The new establishment intends to extend business to promising market such as manufacture and sale of desulfuration, desaltperation equipment for thermal power station , and equipment and parts for hydroeletric power station as well . Dalian Hitachi will keep attaching impotance to friendly cooperative relationship with related departments in Dalian which established by Dalian Hitachi Baoyuan machinery and equipment Co.,ltd. during past years and also make efforts to meet to expanding market demands for futher business development through cooperation with local enterprises.
